Hanna Literacy The Hanna Literacy Program offers free family programs for families with children age 0-6 as well as free coaching and mentoring to adults in the Hanna and surrounding areas who would like to increase their literacy and essential skills.
Literacy is more than reading and writing. Our goal is to empower our learners by helping to improve their essential skills in reading, writing, numeracy, digital technology, communication, English language, document use and other skills needed to thrive in today’s world. We have several learning coaches who are able to meet with learners to help them reach their personal goals. For more information about our adult literacy program please see the links below.
Volunteer with us! Enrich the life of an adult learner. Become a learning coach today. The experience will change their life and yours! There are no prerequisites to becoming a learning coach; just bring your passion for helping people, you sensitivity and your confidentiality! Ongoing training, resources and continued support are provided. Please call today to join our dedicated team of volunteers!
